Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 30, 2025

1) Scope & Who We Are

Tokenizer Inc. (“Tokenizer”, “we”, “our”) operates Bambarbia.com (the “Site”), a directory of Tokenizer Inc. projects.

Covered properties

  • Bambarbia.com: the directory website and its pages.
  • Linked projects: Bambarbia links to other Tokenizer-operated websites and apps. Those projects may have their own privacy policies and terms. When you leave Bambarbia, the destination site’s policies apply.

This Policy explains what we collect on Bambarbia.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies globally and may include jurisdiction-specific disclosures below.

2) Data We Collect

Contact (If You Email Us)

If you contact us, we receive the information you send (such as your email address and the contents of your message).

No Purchases on Bambarbia

Bambarbia.com does not sell subscriptions directly. Purchases (if any) occur on linked sites or app stores and are governed by those providers’ policies.

Usage & Device (Web)

Basic analytics and diagnostic signals (page views, approximate location/region, device/browser type, performance metrics) to keep the site reliable and improve navigation. No third‑party advertising networks.

Feedback & Suggestions

If you submit feedback or suggest a project update, we store the message and any details you provide.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in those age ranges.

3) How We Use Data

  • Operate the directory and improve site navigation and performance.
  • Respond to messages, feedback, and update requests.
  • Maintain security and prevent abuse (e.g., rate limiting, bot mitigation).
  • Measure aggregated usage to decide what projects to maintain and improve.
  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g., responding to lawful requests).

4) Sharing & Processors

  • Service providers (processors): hosting/CDN (Cloudflare Pages) and analytics (Google Analytics 4, if enabled).
  • Email: if you contact us, your email provider and our email tooling deliver the message.
  • Legal & safety: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may transfer as permitted by law.
No selling of personal data: We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising networks on Bambarbia.com.

5) Retention

  • Contact messages: typically up to 24 months.
  • Analytics/diagnostics: typically 12–24 months (aggregated reporting may persist longer).
  • Backups: rolling backups are purged on a schedule (commonly 30–90 days).
  • Legal requests: retained as required by law.

6) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and risks (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit, environment segmentation, and monitoring). No system is perfectly secure; please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity.

7) Cookies & Tracking

We use a small number of first-party cookies and similar technologies to operate our websites and understand usage. We do not run third-party ad networks or cross-site advertising.

Essential

Security, load balancing, basic preferences, and session management required to deliver the site. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics (GA4, optional)

Privacy-respecting measurement to improve features (page performance, aggregated usage trends). If enabled, we implement Google Analytics 4 with a minimal configuration:

  • Google Signals: disabled
  • Ads personalization / remarketing: disabled
  • IP anonymization: enabled by GA4
Regional consent: In the EU/UK we request consent before setting analytics cookies. In other regions, analytics may be enabled based on local requirements; you can opt out at any time using Cookie Preferences.

Our mobile apps do not use third-party advertising SDKs. Analytics in the apps are used to improve stability and features.

8) Your Privacy Rights

Access, Correction, Deletion

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or delete your account (subject to legal retention). We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

Opt-Outs & Preferences

You can opt out of non-essential emails, and you may limit analytics/cookies where offered. We do not sell personal data. You may also opt out of analytics via our Cookie Preferences link (web) or by using the GA Opt-out Add-on.

Jurisdictional notes

  • Canada (PIPEDA): you have rights to access and correct personal information; contact us to exercise these rights.
  • EU/EEA & UK (GDPR/UK GDPR): rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): rights include to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not “sell” personal information as defined by CCPA.

9) International Data Transfers

We may process and store data in Canada, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate. When transferring personal data from the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.

10) Linked Projects

Bambarbia links to multiple projects (websites, apps, and books). Each project may have its own privacy policy, data practices, and contact addresses.

  • If you click a link to another site, that destination site’s privacy policy applies.
  • Mobile apps are distributed via app stores and may have separate store policies and permissions.
  • Where a linked project offers accounts, purchases, or interactive features, those features are governed by that project’s policy.

11) Changes & Contact

We may update this Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice.
